Iโve been holding this Mayan saying close to my heart since last year: ๐๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ธโ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐น๐ฎ ๐โ๐ถ๐ป.
I am another you. You are another me. โฃโฃโฃ
โฃโฃโฃ
It speaks of our oneness as people, our oneness with the Earth, with the plants and animals. This feels needed more now more than ever.
These are precarious times we are living in. Most days, Iโm wavering between calmness, gratitude, anxiety, fear and desperation. Then, I take the time to ground myself by sitting out in the sun, meditating, burning some incense on my altar, writing in my journal, drinking a cup of tea, reassuring myself that I am safe, my family is safe and that circles me back around to calmness and gratitude.
And love, always love. โฃโฃโฃThat said, this medicine is for you, family. Remember that I am you and you are me.
